BPBP is dedicated to protect private information it may collect about its clients and others from unauthorized access and dissemination in concert with laws dealing with personal privacy. In order to guarantee a consistent statement of that responsibility, BPBP has issued this policy with the accompanying Privacy Notice.

The collected personal information is utilized solely for documentation and processing purposes towards the fulfillment of the objectives of the BP2 program. The data enable the BP2 council to properly address the inquiries and requests, applications and forward them to appropriate government agency council member for action and response, and provide clients with appropriate updates and advisories in a legitimate format and in an orderly and timely manner.

Protection Measures

Only authorized BPBP personnel has access to these personal information, the exchange of which will be facilitated through email and hard copy. They will be stored in a database for two years (after inquiries, requests are acted upon) after which physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be anonymized.
